Antonio Amati
PRESIDENT
Born in Rome in 1958, he graduated in Philosophy and holds several degrees from other European universities, as well as a Master in Strategic Planning from the Business Management School of Bocconi University. Deputy CEO of the IT Division, as well as President of Almaviva Digitaltec, Lombardia Gestione, WEDOO, ReActive, and Almaviva Bluebit, he is also Vice President of Almawave, Sole Director of Data Jam, and CEO of PNT Italia S.r.l., project company 60% owned by Engineering and 40% by Almaviva). From April 2025, will hold the position of President of ReActive.
Mario Mendia
MANAGING DIRECTOR
Mario Mendia has a deep knowledge of the technology sector for financial services. At TAS, as Senior Vice President of International Markets and CEO of the subsidiaries in Spain, Serbia, and France, he focused on capital markets, treasury, and development in international markets. Previously, he worked at Eurofly as Director of Network and Business Development and at PwC Management Consulting. Married with three children, he is an adjunct professor on Fintech topics in the finance master's programs at Rome Business School.
