Interaction

 

To maximize the quality of the work environment and maintain the highest levels of efficiency, we have structured the interaction between our Teams in 3 modes:

Collaboration, aimed at creating maximum sharing of skills and competencies among the teams involved in the task;

Service, used when the task does not require continuous interaction;

Facilitation, adopted for problem-solving without direct involvement in task finalization.

Collaboration

This mode of interaction generates total fusion of skills and competencies among the teams involved in the task. It is ideal for activities that involve interaction between the competence centers of Financial Practices and Team Development of Digital Services. In this mode, the two teams maintain responsibilities for their respective areas of expertise but share common responsibility for the assigned tasks.

 

Service

We use this mode of interaction when the boundaries between teams are clear, and there is no need for continuous interaction. 

 

Facilitation

This mode is ideal in situations where one or more teams need assistance in a specific domain of technical competence, facilitating problem resolution. It does not involve direct participation in task completion. It is the primary working mode of the teams in the stream technology.
