Digital Services Academy: the new edition has started!

The Academy has started, and over the next 6 months, it will involve 20 young people distributed across ReActive's offices in Naples and Turin. Participants will have the opportunity to acquire specialized skills in software development for the financial & insurance services market through a mix of study and on-the-job training that will allow them to use the most modern technologies.
Among the highlights of ReActive's Digital Academy:
Training that ensures a solid foundation between basic technical knowledge and the use of major frameworks (both market-standard and custom);
Time dedicated to experimentation, with exercises on the topics studied to help develop adequate levels of autonomy;
Mentors who support and encourage participants to learn with curiosity and work to build long-term professional relationships.
