The Digital Services Academy of ReActive has started!
On October 2nd, the 6-month training program involving 25 young individuals began, distributed across our locations in Torino, Roma, Napoli, and Cosenza.
Participants will have the opportunity to acquire specialized skills in software development for the financial and insurance services sector, through a mix of study and on-the-job training that will enable them to use the latest technologies.
Among the advantages of our Academy:
A training program that ensures continuity between basic technical knowledge and the use of major frameworks (both market-standard and custom);
dedicated time for experimentation, with exercises on the topics studied to allow for the development of adequate levels of autonomy;
mentors who support and encourage students to learn with curiosity and who work to establish long-term professional relationships.
