ReActive is born, the new company of the Almaviva Group aimed at accompanying the digital transformation of the finance world, with the mission of overseeing and developing the Group's offering directed at the banking, insurance, and new financial operators market.
“We aim for leadership in the sectors in which we operate, and in this direction, the establishment of ReActive marks an important step in growth," - emphasizes Marco Tripi, CEO of the Group - "A new corporate profile that responds to a strong focus on the finance sector, enhancing skills and production structure to seize the opportunities offered by a market undergoing profound and rapid evolution”.
With this operation, Almaviva aims to continue and accelerate an industrial plan oriented towards development. The primary objective is to strengthen the strategic positioning, placing ReActive among the top players in the financial services sector within a three-year timeframe.
The growth path aims to consolidate positions in the national market and expand into foreign markets, supported by an investment program directed at both internal growth and market share acquisitions. Leading ReActive, born from the spin-off of the Finance Division of the parent company, are Piero Rossini as CEO, and Antonio Amati as Chairman.

The new company currently boasts a turnover of over 100 million euros and involves approximately 800 professionals. The enhancement plan foresees expanding the workforce to around 1,000 individuals in the current year, with offices in Milan, the company's brenches, Turin, and Rome, with future projections for offices in Naples, Cosenza, and Padua
Alongside decades of expertise and a recognized identity in traditional business areas such as core banking, payments, finance, credit, and compliance, the Group Almaviva's infrastructure, platforms, and practices, specialized in cloud and security, represent an additional unique asset. This allows the new company to bring to the market a distinctive end-to-end offering.
