ReActive: Mario Mendia New CEO

Reactive, a company of the Almaviva Group active in the digital transformation of the Finance & Insurance sector, announces the appointment of Mario Mendia as Chief Executive Officer. Mendia, who is also appointed CEO of the subsidiary Kline, takes over from Piero Rossini, who assumes the role of Chairman of the company, with the responsibility of assisting the CEO in business development policies and defining corporate strategies. Antonio Amati, General Manager of the IT Division at Almaviva, is given the role of Advisor with delegated authority to coordinate the activities of Reactive and Kline within the Group.
With 30 years of professional experience, Mario Mendia has in-depth knowledge of technology for financial services, a sector he has been dedicated to for two decades. Previously, at TAS, he served as Senior Vice President of International Markets and CEO of subsidiaries in Spain, Serbia, and France, focusing on capital markets, treasury, and international market development. Prior to that, he worked at Eurofly as Network and Business Development Director and at PwC Management Consulting. Married with three children, he is also a contract professor in Fintech topics for the finance master's programs at the Rome Business School.
