Project Management, internal training begins!
May 27, 2025
Our Delivery Area is once again the protagonist of an internal training initiative.
The recipients are our Project Managers, for a total of 43 people involved.
Marco Cometti, Chief Operating Officer of ReActive, tells us about the objectives.
“Being a leader in innovation in the Finance & Insurance sector requires a constant commitment to training, at all levels of the organization.
In this context, the role of our Project Managers is central: the quality of delivery and the value we are able to transfer to our Customers depends on them. We are, as we are perceived.
For this reason, we have started a structured internal training program, aimed at:
• consolidating and updating methodological skills and the use of operational tools
• strengthening awareness and management of relational and communication dynamics, key elements for achieving results and for the quality perceived by our internal and external interlocutors.
A personal and heartfelt thanks to Laura Crestini, Andrea Bei, Antonio Zupo, Andrea Borra and Isabella Giorgetti, who have contributed with professionalism as teachers, and to all the Project Manager colleagues for the commitment, participation and passion they are demonstrating. Investing in the skills of our people is, today more than ever, a distinctive factor for generating value over time”.
