Embracing challenges to grow

Gianluca Favaro, a colleague from our Practices division, shares his experience working on a significant international project that extended beyond geographical and professional boundaries.
The project, a modernization initiative led by ReActive for a major Italian banking group, focused on the development of a new data warehouse.
This initiative involved multiple functions within the bank and enabled the automation of various processes, including financial statement preparation, regulatory reporting, local reporting, profitability analysis, accounting, and others. While maintaining compliance and interoperability with the existing system, outdated logic was updated, allowing the client to achieve modernization from both a technological and regulatory standpoint.
The new data warehouse has since become the primary operational driver for the majority of the group’s foreign branches.
“Thanks to ReActive, I had the opportunity to participate in a modernization project that led me to work for over seven months across London, Warsaw, and Luxembourg. Throughout this international experience, I was able to actively contribute to the team's objectives, supported by the ongoing guidance of my colleagues and the trust placed in me by ReActive.
