Over 250 participants attended the 6 days of training across the 3 ReActive locations.

We started in Naples, then moved to Turin, and finally Rome, involving all technical colleagues, both in-person and remotely.

A significant number of ReActive team members participated with great enthusiasm and curiosity in each of the 6 workshops, designed to showcase the potential and practical applications of generative artificial intelligence in our daily work.

To maximize results, the training included both theoretical and practical sessions, during which generative AI models for pair programming were experimented with.

The interest of colleagues contributed to creating a fertile environment for idea exchange and collaboration. This led to an open and constructive dialogue where everyone had the opportunity to share the specific needs of their application area, quickly leading to the identification of custom solutions and related “best practices/new practices”.

An essential aspect of our bootcamps was also to highlight to our teams how a thorough understanding of the capabilities, risks, and limitations of this technology is an essential prerequisite for consistent and informed use.

This training experience has equipped our staff with important tools to maximize the benefits offered by generative AI.

Now we have a community of ReActive professionals who, through daily interaction, are increasing their knowledge and skills in software development with generative AI, contributing - with awareness and responsibility - to the journey of innovation and growth in financial services.
